Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ShortFlowStudio desktop application, the ShortFlowStudio website at shortflowstudio.podziel.pl, and related functionality. By using ShortFlowStudio, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
ShortFlowStudio is a desktop workflow tool designed to help users prepare, organize and publish short-form video content through supported third-party integrations. Available features may change as platforms, APIs and ShortFlowStudio evolve.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and must meet the age and account requirements of every third-party service you connect. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for activity initiated through ShortFlowStudio using your authorized access.
3. Third-party platform connections
ShortFlowStudio may allow you to connect services such as TikTok using official authorization mechanisms. You decide whether to grant requested permissions. Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, policies and eligibility rules.
ShortFlowStudio is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in content you create or provide. You authorize ShortFlowStudio to process and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and publishing activity comply with applicable law, intellectual-property rights, platform rules and community guidelines.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ShortFlowStudio to:
- violate law, third-party rights or platform rules;
- publish content you do not have the right to use;
- mislead, impersonate, defraud, harass or harm others;
- circumvent platform safeguards, rate limits, access restrictions or security controls;
- interfere with, reverse engineer where prohibited, or attempt unauthorized access to ShortFlowStudio or connected systems;
- distribute malware or use the service for abusive automated activity.
6. Availability
We aim to keep ShortFlowStudio available and useful, but functionality may be interrupted or changed because of maintenance, technical issues, third-party platform decisions, API changes, account restrictions or other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party integration.
7. Security and authorization
You are responsible for protecting access to your computer and connected accounts. If you believe an authorization has been compromised, revoke access through the relevant third-party platform and contact us at kontakt@podziel.pl.
8. Intellectual property
ShortFlowStudio, its software, design, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ShortFlowStudio to you. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to security issues, or address material violations of these Terms. You may stop using ShortFlowStudio and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time.
10. Disclaimers
ShortFlowStudio is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every platform will accept every upload, that a particular API feature will remain available, or that third-party services will operate without interruption.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShortFlowStudio and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, inability to use a third-party integration, account restrictions imposed by a third party, or content submitted by a user. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or platform changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
