This Privacy Policy explains how ShortFlowStudio, available through shortflowstudio.podziel.pl, handles information when you use the ShortFlowStudio desktop application, this website, and supported third-party integrations. For privacy questions or requests, contact kontakt@podziel.pl.
1. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, ShortFlowStudio may process:
- basic account or profile information returned by a connected third-party platform after you authorize access;
- authorization data such as access tokens and refresh tokens required to keep an authorized connection functioning;
- video files, captions, titles, descriptions, publishing settings and other content you choose to prepare or publish;
- technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the application, such as application version, error information and basic device or network data;
- communications you send to us, including support requests sent to our contact email address.
2. TikTok and other connected platforms
If you choose to connect TikTok or another supported service, authentication is performed through that platform's official authorization flow. ShortFlowStudio does not ask you to provide your TikTok password. The connected platform may provide ShortFlowStudio with account information and authorization credentials according to the permissions you approve.
We use information received from a connected platform only to provide the features you request, such as identifying the connected account, maintaining authorization, and submitting content or publishing instructions when you initiate that action.
3. Purposes of processing
We may process information to:
- provide and operate ShortFlowStudio;
- connect your chosen third-party accounts with your authorization;
- prepare and transmit content when you request publication;
- maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems;
- respond to support and privacy requests;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar law applies, processing may be based on performance of a service requested by you, your consent where required, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed only when necessary to provide the service, including to a platform you intentionally connect, infrastructure or technical service providers acting on our behalf, professional advisers where necessary, or public authorities when required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed, to provide requested functionality, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Authorization credentials are no longer used after access is revoked or the related connection is removed, subject to limited security or backup retention where applicable.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Your choices and rights
You can choose whether to connect a third-party account. You can revoke third-party permissions using the relevant platform's settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to request data portability or withdraw consent.

9. Children
ShortFlowStudio is intended for users who are legally able to use the connected services and is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required by the relevant platform or local law.
10. International processing
Connected platforms and technical service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
11. Third-party services
Your use of TikTok and other connected services is also governed by those services' own terms and privacy policies. ShortFlowStudio is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when ShortFlowStudio changes or when legal or platform requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page with its updated date.
